The UK Chartered Trading Standards Institute (“CTSI”) reports the following Coir Doormats are subject to this recall:

  • Bunny PVC
  • Home Sweet Home PVC
  • Natural Plain PVC
  • Spot PVC
  • Stag Stencilled PVC

Please consult the photograph above for details of the Doormat’s packaging, design and retail presentation. Additional designs of the recalled products or foods are pictured on the Web site above.

According to the CTSI, Asda is recalling all Asda Coir Doormats purchased from the 1st August 2015, due to a manufacturing error in which the Doormats can become slippery in cold weather.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Coir Doormats, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
