The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Cigarettes are subject to this recall:

  • Choice Signature Bold 20s Cigarettes
    Barcodes/UPCs: Package: 9310704910354; Carton: 9310704910361; Shipper: 29310704910365
  • Choice Signature Classic 20s Cigarettes
    Barcodes/UPCs: Package: 9310704910378; Carton: 9310704910385; Shipper: 29310704910389

According to the ACCC, the recalled Cigarettes do not comply with the Trade Practices (Consumer Product Safety Standard) (Reduced Fire Risk Cigarettes) Regulations 2008. The Cigarettes do not self-extinguish, posing a serious fire and burn hazards.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Cigarettes, please do not light or smoke them. Instead, kindly return the remaining product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
