The UK Food Standards Agency (“FSA”) reports the following Chicken Snacks are subject to recall:

  • Spar Chicken Bites Snack Bags, package size: 56 grams with a use-by date range of all dates between 29 October 2015 and 5 November 2015, inclusive and a bar code/UPC of 5010358235318

According to the FSA, Spar has recalled its ready-to-eat Chicken Bites Snack Bags because mould has been found in the product. The mould has resulted in spoilage of the product, which is therefore unfit for human consumption.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Chicken Snacks, please do not consume them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
