The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Cigarettes are subject to this recall:

  • Spoonbill Blue Cigarettes

According to the ACCC, the recalled Cigarettes do not comply with the Trade Practices (Consumer Product Safety Standard) (Reduced Fire Risk Cigarettes) Regulations 2008. The Cigarettes do not self-extinguish, posing a serious fire hazard.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Cigarettes, please do not smoke them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
