The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (“CFIA”) reports the following Peanut Sauce is subject to this recall:

  • Saigon Soul Food Saigon Peanut Sauce, sold in 250 mL jars; product codes: all units purchased up to and including October 20, 2015; UPC: 8 74525 00302 6

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

According to the CFIA, Saigon Soul Food Inc. is recalling certain jars of Saigon Soul Food brand Saigon Peanut Sauce from the marketplace because they may permit the growth of Clostridium botulinum. Consumers should not consume the recalled product listed above.
