The UK Chartered Trading Standards Institute (“CTSI”) reports the following Supplements are subject to this recall:

  • Superlife Original Superfood Mix, pack sizes: 100 grams and 300 grams, product codes of 74882 and 72996 and a best-before end date of August 2016

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

According to the CTSI, Superlife Ltd is recalling a batch of its Superlife Original Superfood Mix because it contains gluten but is labelled as ‘gluten free’. The product, therefore, is a health hazard for anyone with an intolerance to gluten.

Gluten was found above the level permitted for a gluten-free product in a batch of Barleygrass Powder, an ingredient in Original Superfood Mix.
