The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Makeup Remover is subject to this recall:

  • Bifesta Cleansing Lotion Oil Free Makeup Remover, barcode: 4902806404852

According to the ACCC, there are no ingredients listed on the products in English. The product, therefore, is not compliant with Australia’s mandatory standard for ingredient labeling on cosmetics. Some users may expose themselves to cosmetic ingredients that they are sensitive or allergic to. Should users suffer an adverse reaction they are also unable to check the ingredients list to identify the possible causes and seek appropriate treatment.
