The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Parmesan Cheese is subject to this recall:

  • Bella Rosa Grated Parmesan Cheese, sold in 1.25 pound PET plastic jars, with sell-by dates of July 13, 2015, August 17, 2015 and September 10, 2015, and a UPC of 088231410041

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

According to the FDA, the Bella Rosa Grated Parmesan Cheese was distributed in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Virginia exclusively through BJ’s Wholesale Clubs.
