The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Bean Bag Chairs are subject to this recall:

  • Kids Minnie Mouse Bean Bag Chairs, sold in unfilled condition. The bag is washable.

According to the ACCC, the recalled Bean Bag Chairs do not have the required safety warning labels. In contravention of the mandatory safety standard for bean bags, the Bean Bags do not have the required safety warning labels. This can lead to increased risk of choking or ingesting the plastic filler material.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Bean Bag Chairs, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
