The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Room Heaters are subject to this recall:

  • Essentials Upright Fan Heater, model number: FH09E-B
  • Essentials Oscillating Fan Heater, model number: FH09F-B
  • Adesso Oscillating Ceramic Fan Heater, model number: FH102T
  • Contempo Oscillating Ceramic Fan Heater, model number: FH102T

According to the ACCC, there is a poor connection on the power plug pins. When the plug is removed from a power outlet, the pins may dislodge. If this happens, it may cause an electric shock or fire hazard.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Portable Room Heaters, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
