The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Mushrooms are subject to this recall:

  • Champ’s Mushrooms brand Sliced Crimini Mushrooms, 227 gram (8 ounce) packages; product codes: unknown; UPC: 6 78286 88877 5

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

According to the FDA, the recalled Mushrooms were distributed to retailers and supermarkets from 06/13/15 to 06/14/15 in Oregon and Washington. Individual containers do not have code dates; however product average shelf life for these Mushrooms is ten (10) days.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Mushrooms, please do not consume them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
