The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Mushrooms are subject to this recall:

  • Champ’s Mushrooms brand Sliced Crimini Mushrooms, 227 gram (8 ounce) packages; product codes: unknown; UPC: 6 78286 88877 5

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

According to the FDA, the recalled Mushrooms were distributed to retailers and supermarkets from 06/13/15 to 06/14/15 in Oregon and Washington. Individual containers do not have code dates; however product average shelf life for these Mushrooms is ten (10) days.
