The United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) reports the following Beef and Pork Products are subject to this recall:

  • Alpine Sausage Kitchen Vienna Sausage Calcium Reduced Dried Skim Milk Added, sold in 10-pound boxes
  • Alpine Sausage Kitchen Cooked Bratwurst (German Brand), sold in 10-pound boxes

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation. Additional brands and/or designs and/or variations of the recalled foods are pictured on the Web site above.

According to the USDA, the products subject to recall bear the establishment number “EST. 7060” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items produced were shipped to a retail location in Texas.

The problem was discovered during a routine label review by US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) personnel.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession these recalled Beef and Pork and could be allergic to their soy ingredients, have a close family member who is allergic or has previously experienced Anaphylaxis or are unsure of your allergy status, please do not consume them. Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
