The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (“CFIA”) reports the following Baby Foods are subject to this recall:

  • Heinz Chicken with Broth, 100 mL jar; product codes: 2016SE26 and 2016DE12; UPC: 0 571660 7

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Baby Food, please do not feed it to your child. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.

According to CFIA, if your infant has been fed any of the Heinz brand Chicken with Broth described above, discontinue use and monitor for symptoms. Consumption of spoiled food may cause symptoms such as upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea. If you have any concerns, please seek medical attention immediately.
