The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Shower Gel is subject to this recall:

  • Aldi Prince Oxygen brand Shower Gel, 1 Litre container; item: 26089737; batch number (B) 583048 identified on rear of product. The product is supplied by Trend Laboratories Pty Ltd, trading as TrendPac.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the Shower Gel’s packaging, design and retail presentation. Additional variations of the recalled products or foods are pictured on the Web site above.

According to the ACCC, the pH level of the recalled Shower Gel is out of specification. In turn, this may cause irritation to skin and eyes.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Shower Gel, please do not use it. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.

If you have, in fact, used the product, immediately stop using it and irrigate affected areas with water, paying special attention to the face and eyes. If irritation persists, please consult a medical doctor immediately.
