The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (“CFIA”) reports the following Garlic Powder are subject to this recall:

  • Accommodation Bio Ail en poudre bio, Variable weight; product codes: packed on dates of 31OC2014 and 05NO2014; UPC: variable; other information: sold by Accommodation Bio, located at 1298 2e Avenue, Quebec, Quebec from October 31, 2014 to March 17, 2015
  • Generic Organic Garlic Powder, variable weight; product codes: none; UPC: none; other information: sold from bulk bins at Country Grocer, located at 374 Lower Ganges Road, Salt Spring Island, British Columbia from January 1, 2015 to January 14, 2015
