The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Light Sticks are subject to this recall:

  • LED Concert Light Sticks, models 9312139362609 and 9312139362593

According to the ACCC, if the product is dropped the device’s button cell batteries may become loose and young children may gain access to the button batteries during play. If young children do indeed gain access to the button batteries and ingest the batteries, they may suffer internal burn injuries, which can result in serious illness and even death. In addition, the batteries may pose a choking hazard to young children.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Light Sticks, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
