The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Inflatable Spas are subject to this recall:

  • Luxury Exotic Bubble Spa – four (4)-person model item number: B131; six (6)-person model item number: B151
  • Birkin Bubble Spa four (4)-person model item number: B132
  • Tuscany Grande Spa six (6)-person model item number: B170

The SAA approval number for all Spa models mentioned above is 110113EA

According to the ACCC, during operation of the pump control box, ineffective insulation of the internal water heating element may allow electrical current to enter from the element to the control box, water or wet parts. Electric shock may occur when in contact with the control box, water or wet parts.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession a recalled Spa, please do not use it. Instead, kindly unplug it from the mains and prevent others from using the device. Contact Oasis Leisure to arrange for a new electronic control box to be supplied and properly installed.
