The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Chocolates are subject to this recall:

  • Classic Red Hearts with Assorted Chocolates, sold in 8 ounce, red-colored heart-shaped boxes, a stamped date of L.A.N. 048/15 and a UPC of 737666091201

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation. Additional variations of the recalled Chocolates are pictured on the Web site above.

According to the FDA, the Chocolates were distributed nationwide through See’s Candies Retail Stores and Mail Order (both Web and Phone/Catalog). The product is sold packaged at the stores in 8 ounce Red Heart boxes.
