The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Recovery Straps are subject to this recall:

  • Task Force Heavy-Duty Recovery Strap 20 foot/6.1 meter in length; product number: 900030099

According to the ACCC, the product does not comply with the mandatory standard for motor vehicle recovery straps. It has an inadequate warning label and may not make the user aware of safety hazards when using the product.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Recovery Straps, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
