The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Post Drivers are subject to this recall:

  • Electaserv Trading Steel Fence Post Drivers, measuring approximately 900 mm (about three feet) in length; product code: 190-27-45990

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s design and retail presentation.

According to the ACCC, the quality of the welding is poor in some of the recalled Fence Post Drivers, causing the plate to lift. This can result in the fence post protruding through the backing plate. If this occurs, the fence post protruding through the backing plate could cause injury if the person is bent over the product

If you believe you have purchased the recalled Fence Post Driver, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
