The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Crunch Bars are subject to this recall:

  • Perfect Bar Peanut Butter, 2.5 ounce bar; expiry date: 09-02-15; lot code: 02814; UPC: 8-55569-00302-9
  • Perfect Bar Cranberry Crunch, 1.6 ounce bar; expiry date: 09-02-15; lot code: 02814; UPC: 8‐55569‐00305‐0
  • Perfect Bar Variety Pack (Costco), 1 pound, 9.6 ounce bar; expiry dates: 09-02-15, 09-01-15, 11-24-15; lot codes: 02814V, 02914V, 03714V; UPC: 8-55569-00313-5

According to the FDA, the recalled product has reached the distributor, retail and end user level.
