The UK Trading Standards Institute (“TSI”) reports the following Fairy Lights are subject to this recall:

  • Primark 40, 100 and 200 Multi-Coloured and Clear Fairy Lights, Kimball codes: 39690/39691/39694

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

According to the TSI, the company has found the plug on the recalled Fairy Lights might be faulty and could lead to an electric shock. These products were on sale in Primark’s UK stores from the 19 October 2014 to the 28 November 2014

If you believe you have purchased the recalled Fairy Lights, please do not use them. Instead, kindly unplug them immediately and return the product to the Primark store where you purchased it for a full refund.
