The United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) reports the following Chef Salad with Ham and Turkey are subject to this recall:

  • Chef Salad With Ham (Water Added) and Turkey, sold in 12.5-ounce clear plastic containers with a production date of December 6, 2014 and an establishment number of “34834” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The product has a “sell-by” date of 12/11/2014.

According to the USDA, the product is labeled for Ranch dressing, but in fact, contains a Caesar Salad Dressing pouch. The Caesar Salad Dressing contains anchovies.
