The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Power Boards are subject to this recall:

  • Performer 4 Way Power Boards
  • Performer 4 Way Surge Power Boards
  • Performer 6 Way Power Boards
    with product code numbers: UCA 406C, UCA 407C and UCA 410C and marked with approval number SAA111902EA

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s design and retail presentation.

According to the ACCC, the electrical contacts of the sockets are poorly aligned and the plastic enclosure does not meet the flammability requirements of the applicable standard.

If you believe you have purchased the recalled Power Boards, please do not use them. Instead, unplug them and return them to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
