The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Enchiladas are subject to this recall:

  • Open Nature Chile Cheese Enchiladas, sold as frozen prepared dinners packaged in a box with a net weight of 9 ounces and marked with a UPC of 0-7989310436-9. The product was sold at stores listed below from October 9, 2014 through December 1, 2014.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

According to the FDA, the product was sold nationwide at all Safeway-owned stores, including Carrs, Genuardi’s, Pak ‘N Save, Pavilions, Randalls, Safeway, Tom Thumb and Vons.
