Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports the recall involves First Impressions High-Top, Soft-Soled Sneakers for infants who are crawling or standing.

The recalled Sneakers have blue denim soles and uppers, brown canvas tongues, tan shoe laces and white polyurethane toes. Each upper has eight 3/16 inch eyelets for the shoelaces. The Sneakers come in sizes 0, 1, 2 and 3. The style number, “42090” is printed on a cloth tag inside of shoe.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

According to the CPSC, the small metal eyelets can detach from the inside of the Sneaker, posing a choking hazard to infants.

Parents and other caregivers should immediately remove the recalled Sneakers from their children, replace the recalled shoes with safe footwear and return the Sneakers to Macy’s or contact Trimfoot for a full refund.
