Additional information:
The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Steelhead Fish are subject to this recall:

  • Cold Smoked Steelhead Fish in Vacuum Pack, packaged in clear plastic vacuum bags for food service distribution and with a white label showing code “244” affixed on the back of the bag. The UPC Number on the front label is 021 143140026.

According to the FDA, the product was sold in the states of New Jersey, New York and Florida as a food service item to be weighed at point of sale.
