The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Hot Packs are subject to this recall:

  • SKYLA Electric Hot Pack, model numbers: SKE127, SKE125, SKE124, SKE126 and SKE123 (sold without the charging arm)

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s packaging, design and retail presentation. There are other retail box designs for this product. These are viewable on the ACCC Web site listed above.

According to the ACCC, the device’s Bladder may rupture and cause user injury and scalding.

Consumers should cease using the recalled Electric Hot Packs and return them to the retailer for a full refund. Additional information is available from the Web site listed above.
