  • Blue Bird Body: 2013-2014 All American Rear Engine School Buses manufactured from July 21, 2011 to April 30, 2014, equipped with CNG Fuel Systems and delivered to the following “Cold Weather” states: Colorado, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Wyoming – O-ring failure in the pressure relief device for the compressed natural gas (CNG) system at cold temperatures, natural gas leak, fire, explosion hazards; potential number of units affected: 32
  • BMW of North America: BMW i3 Vehicles manufactured from March 31, 2014 and some 2014 Mini Cooper Hardtop Vehicles manufactured from February 2, 2014 to May 30, 2014 – improper air bag inflator assembly, failure of air bag to deploy properly in the event of a crash, increased risk of injury in the event of crash hazards; potential number of units affected: 27

  • Dorman Products: Replacement Intermediate Steering Shafts sold under the Dorman, OE Solutions and Solutions brand names, part numbers 425-167, 2425167 and 7-3074, for installation on 2004-2012 Chevrolet Malibu, 2005-2010 Pontiac G6 and 2007-2009 Saturn Aura Vehicles – inadequate support for the u-joint bearing on steering shaft yoke, premature component failure, separation of the u-joint, complete loss of steering control, crash hazards; potential number of units affected: 6,832
  • Koenigsegg Automotive AB: 2013 Agera Vehicle manufactured in December 2012, equipped a BF1 Systems Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (“TPMS”) – non-illumination of the TPMS unit, failure to comply to the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 138, “Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems”, failure to notify driver of potential tire problems, crash hazards; potential number of units affected: 1
