The UK Trading Standards Institute (“TSI”) reports the following Roman Window Blinds are subject to this recall:

  • Bespoke Made-to-Measure Roman Blinds delivered or fitted between 14 March 2014 and 28 May 2014, or 7-day Made-to-Measure Roman Blinds delivered or fitted between 14 March 2014 and 30 June 2014 are affected.

According to the TSI, the required child safety devices were fitted to the reverse of these blinds. Consequently, they may fail to break in the manner intended and prevent child injury or death.
