The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Skateboards are subject to this recall:

  • Penny Comp Glow Skateboards, glow-in-the-dark skateboards sold as a deck or complete skateboard unit in the following styles/colors:
    • PNYCOMP105 – Penny Glow Complete
    • PNYCOMP27105 – Penny Nickel Glow Complete
    • PNYDECK010GEN2 – Penny Glow Deck
    • PNYDECK272 – Penny Nickel Glow Deck

According to the ACCC, the deck component of the recalled Skateboard may crack whilst in use. If this happens, it may pose a fall hazard to the rider.
