The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Car Seat Adaptors are subject to this recall:

  • phil&teds TS26 Car Seat Adaptors, a travel system adaptor for attaching an infant car seat to a stroller. A label on the right side of the travel system adaptor is is marked with the word, “TS26”.

According to the ACCC, the TS26 adaptors may break or crack on impact, causing the infant car seat to dislodge or fall from the stroller. If the defect occurs whilst in use, an infant may fall and suffer serious injury.
