The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Baby Sleepware Sets are subject to this recall:

  • Baby Sleepware Sets in Raccoon, Owl and Frog designs; keycodes: 55027045, 55027052, 55028288, 55028295, 55028424, 55028431. The Owl design is illustrated in the photo above.

According to the ACCC, the Romper/all-in-one Clothing in the recalled Baby Sleepware Sets do not have the required Low Fire Danger warning label. As such, the Sleepware Sets do not comply with the mandatory standard for children’s sleepwear and limited daywear, AS/NZS 1249:2003, as amended by regulation. Absence of the label could result in parents and other caregivers being unaware of the fire danger rating for these garments.
