• Nissan North America: Infiniti QX80 Vehicles – certification label incorrectly lists the Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) as 4,497 pounds instead of the correct 4,343 pounds, failure to comply with Part 567 “Certification Regulation”, overloading, crash hazards; potential number of units affected: 468
• Terex Aerial Work Platforms: TZ-50 Trailer-Mounted Aerial Work Platforms – weld failure, aerial platform may fall, injury hazards; potential number of units affected: 10

• Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing: RAV4, Yaris, Highlander, Tacoma, Corolla, Corolla Matrix and General Motors Pontiac Vibe Vehicles – steering column assembly cable damage, driver’s air bag deactivation, driver injury hazards; potential number of units affected: 1,291,449
