The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (“CFIA”) reports the following Fish and Seafood Products are subject to this recall:

  • Prolimer Mousse Lobster and «Aspargus»
  • Prolimer Mousse Shrimp and Vegetable
  • Prolimer Mousse Smoked Salmon and Spinach
  • Prolimer Salmon and Spinach Mousse
  • Prolimer Shrimp and Sweet Red Pepper Mousse
  • Prolimer Shrimp and Vegetable Mousse
  • Prolimer Shrimp Spread
  • Prolimer Smoked Coho Salmon Ring With Cream Cheese Filling
  • Prolimer Smoked Salmon and Spinach Mousse
  • Prolimer Smoked Salmon Spread
  • Waterfront Bistro Smoked Salmon Caprice

According to CFIA, this recall was triggered by the Aliments Prolimer. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is conducting a food safety investigation into this matter. This may lead to the recall of additional products.
