The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Baby Coveralls are subject to this recall:

  • Target branded Babywear Romper Suits with Hood; product codes: 55022064 and 55022354

According to the ACCC, the recalled Garments do not have the required Low Fire Danger warning label. The Baby Garments, therefore, do not comply with the mandatory standard for children’s sleepwear and limited daywear, AS/NZS 1249:2003, as amended by regulation. Absence of this label could result in consumers being unaware of the fire danger rating for these garments.
