The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Children’s Toys are subject to this recall:

  • Go GaGa Squeeze & Teethe Monkey is a squeaking toy shaped like a monkey, and is made from soft, orange, BPA-free, natural rubber; model 206-64; UPC: 773554066470. The model number and date code is stamped on the inside of the back leg.

According to the ACCC, Infants are able to place the entire length of the tail in their mouth. Infants sucking or chewing on the tail of the toy may experience gagging/choking if they place the entire length of the tail in their mouth.
