The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Steam Sterilisers are subject to this recall:

  • B-Well Steam Steriliser, a device that uses steam to disinfect bottles and accessories. Models affected include the following: 200.3377 and 200.3378. Article numbers of those affected include the following: 008.0100, 008.0101, 008.0102, 008.0103, 008.104, 008.0121 and 008.0287.

According to the ACCC, moisture may enter the electronics or the power cable and may cause a short circuit or a high leakage current. If this happens, it may cause burns, fire and/or electric shocks to those in contact with the device or to those nearby.
