Additional information:
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Bunny Toys are subject to this recall:

  • Hoppity Bunny (parenthood code 28824) manufacturer’s code 1122503/8
  • Bumper Bunny (parenthood code 28826) manufacturer’s code 11225-3A/8

According to the ACCC, the Bunny Toys may liberate stuffing during use as the seams are inadequate and do not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2002, as amended by the regulation). In the event that the stuffing becomes dislodged from the toys, it may present a choking hazard and possibly result in injury or death.
