The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Children’s Toys are subject to this recall:

  • Diego Super Telephone Toy, a battery operated mobile phone toy, with a barcode of 1000000135268

According to the ACCC, the Toy contains small parts, and does not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation). Small parts pose a potential choking hazard to young children.
