The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Paint are subject to this recall:

  • Dulux Spraypak Appliance White (Product No 889A1096)

According to the ACCC, the product label has incorrect information about the formulation of the product and is printed with incorrect risk statements. The correct formulation information is:

Contains: 10-<30% Acetone; 10-<30% Toluene; 1-<5% Butyl Benzyl Phthalate

The correct risk statements are:

Extremely Flammable. Irritating to eyes and skin. Harmful: danger of serious damage to health by prolonged exposure through inhalation. May cause harm to the unborn child. Harmful: May cause lung damage if swallowed. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Vapours may cause drowsiness and dizziness.
