The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Sports Cars are subject to this recall:

  • Aston Martin V8, DB9, Virage, Rapide, Rapide S and V12 Vantage Sports Cars

According to the ACCC, it is possible that the throttle pedal lever of the recalled Sports Cars may fracture. If this occurs, the throttle will return to the idle position. The loss of throttle function may pose a hazard to the driver and other road users.
