The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves some Frigidaire Professional brand Blenders, model FPJB56B7MS with a serial number between FFP 49 1203 0001 and FFP 49 1237 00974. The model and serial numbers are located on a serial plate on the underside of the Blender’s motor base.

The phrase, “Frigidaire Professional” is printed on the front base of the Blenders. The 5-speed Blender is brushed aluminum and has black buttons on the front. The Blender container is a 56-ounce, clear glass jar with a black lid and a black base.

According to the CPSC, the Blender’s blade shaft assembly can break during use, posing a laceration hazard to consumers. Frigidaire has received eight reports of the Blender’s blade shaft assembly breaking. No injuries have been reported.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports Chiller-based Water Filtration Systems provide hot and cold water dispensers for home and workplace. The units come in three sizes, 18, 40 and 48 inches high, and in white, black or stainless steel. One of the following brand names is printed on the front of the recalled unit: AquaMark, Coolersmart, Culligan, Innowave, Waterlogic and Xstream Water. Recalled products have serial numbers printed on a label on the back of the machines.

  • Serial numbers for AquaMark, Culligan, Innowave and Waterlogic units start with four (4) numbers and one letter; a full list of these are on the Web site noted above.
  • Serial numbers for Coolersmart units start with six (6) digit alpha-numeric codes; a full list of these are on the Web site noted above.
  • Serial numbers for Xstream Water units start with three (3) letters followed by nine (9) digits; a full list of these are also on the Web site noted above.

According to the CPSC, the hot water tank of the recalled units can stop functioning and cause the machine to overheat. This poses a fire hazard. Waterlogic received 16 reports of fire and smoke within the water dispensers. No injuries or property damage have been reported.

The United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) reports following Meat and Poultry Products are subject to this recall:

  • One (1) pound packages, in 40 pound cases, of “Siberoni” brand Chicken Pelmeni
  • One (1) pound packages, in 40 pound cases, of “Siberoni” brand Beef Pelmeni
  • One (1) pound packages, in 40 pound cases, of “Siberoni” brand Beef and Pork Pelmeni
  • One (1) pound packages, in 40 pound cases, of “Siberoni” brand Pork Pelmeni

According to the USDA, all these products bear the establishment number “33788” or “P-33788” inside a USDA mark of inspection or elsewhere on the package. The products were produced prior to September 6, 2013 and were sold directly from the firm’s storefront and, via a distributor, to retail outlets in Oregon and Washington State.

According to the FDA, the recalled Sunscreen Lotions were tested and found to be contaminated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida parapsilosis and Acremonium fungi.
