Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) says this recall involves some Infants Snap-Up Jackets with hoods. The Hooded Jackets come in navy blue with green and turquoise trim, or gray with yellow sleeves and navy and yellow trim. Style number “1300′ is found on the label sewn into the side seam and the UPC code is found on the product hangtag.

Masterbuilt Electric Smokers Recall [US]

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports the recalled upright Electric Smokers are rectangular, black matte colored cabinets with a stainless steel door with a glass window. The Smokers were sold with a remote control and also have a control panel on the top front of the unit. Masterbuilt Smokers

The 20070312 model Smoker measures about 32 inches high by 17 inches wide by 15 inches deep. The 20070512 model Smoker measures about 40 inches high by 22 inches wide by 16 inches deep. Model number “20070312” or “20070512” is printed on the serial plate located on the rear panel of the individual Smoker. The Smokers also have a screen printed Masterbuilt logo on the window and on the serial plate.

According to the ACCC, the Smoker’s wood chip tray can fail to slide securely into the larger Smoker unit, causing the wood to combust and the Smoker’s cabinet door to blow open, posing a fire hazard. Masterbuilt has received six reports of fires occurring in the smoker causing the door to blow open.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall includes Aquababy Bath Ring Seats in pink or blue designed for children five months to ten months old. The seat is made of white plastic with blue, pink or green trimming and has four suction cups on the bottom.2286 - ThermobabyBathSeats

An oval-shaped arm rail runs from the seat back and connects two side posts and the seat front post. There are three spinning toys on the front of the seat rail above the front post. The text, “Thermobaby Z.I. De Kerbois”, “Aquababy” and “Ref. 1953 Made in France” is engraved underneath the bath seat

According to the CPSC, the Bath Seats fail to meet Federal Safety Standards, including the requirement for stability. Specifically, the Bath Seats can tip over, posing a risk of drowning to babies.

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the intermediate steering shaft of some Fiat Scudo Vehicles may have been fitted incorrectly. If the defect occurs and the Vehicle’s steering shaft has, in fact, been fitted incorrectly, steering of the Vehicle may be affected, increasing the risk of crash and injury.
