Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall includes all BeBeLove E-Zee Bath Seats. The recalled baby products are plastic bath seats designed for children between five (5) and ten (10) months of age.

The Bath Seats have a white base with suction cups on the bottom, a back/arm support, a detachable back support bar that folds under the seat for storage and a detachable T-bar front stabilizer that folds forward for entry. The back/arm support is gray, blue or pink. The words, “Made in Taiwan” and “BBL” are engraved on the underside of the seat base and “BeBeLove” is printed on a sticker in the center of the back/arm support.

According to the CPSC, the recalled Bath Seats fail to meet US Federal Safety Standards, including the requirements for stability. Specifically, these Bath Seats can tip over, posing a risk of drowning to babies.

About Salmonella Poisoning in Animals:
Salmonellosis (Salmonella poisoning) is a very common type of food poisoning caused by the Salmonella bacterium. According to the US Food and Drug Administration, animals with Salmonella infections may be lethargic and have diarrhea or bloody diarrhea, fever and vomiting. Some animals will have only decreased appetite, fever and abdominal pain.

Health Canada/Santé Canada (“HCSC”) reports the recalled “Anywhere Lounger” Bean Bag Chairs are made of 100% polyester or 100% cotton and measure about 129.5 centimetres (51 inches) in height with a 109 centimetres (43 inch) wide base.
