Additional information:
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the application of the chemical Deltamethrin in the recalled Treated Mosquito Nets exceeds the recommended concentration on the mesh fabric. According to the ACCC, some people who are sensitive to the chemical may experience dizziness, nausea, headache, fatigue, blurred vision, loss of appetite, sensations of burning and itching, muscle cramps, tightness in the chest or, in the worst case, unconsciousness. Although these symptoms are thought to be short term and reversible, competent medical advice should be sought if any of these symptoms are experienced.
