Additional information:
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the required graphic health warnings have been specifically developed to assist in preventing deaths and injuries attributable to tobacco products by preventing uptake or relapse and encouraging cessation of tobacco use.

According to the ACCC, tobacco smoking and consumption is one of Australia’s leading causes of preventable deaths and disease, and it is estimated that it continues to kill over 15,000 Australians each year.

The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the recalled Flour contains small (7 to 9 millimeter) blue polyurethane balls used in the flour sifting process. The balls have a smooth surface, reportedly with no sharp edges and are made from a food grade material. Due to their bright blue color and size (about half the diameter of a US 10 cent piece), they are easily seen in the Flour.
