US/Silver Spring: Hines Nut Company recalls some Salted Jumbo Virginia Peanuts due to Salmonella hazard. FDA: http://ht.ly/eAV5k

The company reports these products may have come into contact with Sunland brand Peanuts because they were processed in the same plant. Sunland Peanuts are now subject to a North American-wide recall and involve numerous peanut-based foods from many manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
