About E. coli enteritis:
E. Coli 0157:H7 poisoning is typically transmitted using the fecal-mouth route by eating or drinking foods or beverages contaminated with E. Coli O157:H7, eating unpasteurized (i.e., raw) milk and (raw) milk products and untreated water. Common symptoms of E. Coli 0157:H7 poisoning include severe stomach cramps, diarrhea (often bloody), vomiting, nausea and headache.
